📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of stylists and support staff to achieve high standards of customer service and sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and well-organized salon environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory and ensure timely restocking of products.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and execute promotional events and workshops to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in salon management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends and products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point of sale systems.,Valid certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
