📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees and users.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages.Experience with IT support tools and software.Understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
