📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a section within the organization, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Monitor and analyze section performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the section at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of achieving results and meeting targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.,Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.
