As an EHS Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, ultimately contributing to a safer and more sustainable workplace.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor EHS programs, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to employees on safety protocols and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement EHS programs and policies in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends.
Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
Investigate and respond to EHS incidents and near-misses, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date EHS documentation and records.
Stay current with EHS regulations, industry trends, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EHS role within the chemical industry.
Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international EHS regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using EHS management software such as SAP, QHSE, or similar tools.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
