📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the financial health of the organization.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and procedures.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
