📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store meets all regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.,Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
