📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations across multiple mining sites, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Manage and mentor a team of operations managers, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven track record of successfully managing multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant management methodologies is a plus.
