📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support for application services and network issues.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve network and application problems.,Ensure the security and availability of IT systems.,Document and report on system performance and incidents.,Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.,Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Application Service Support and Network Support.,Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies.,Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
