📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.

Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.

Process transactions and handle cash and card payments.

Promote products and services to increase sales.

Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

Assist with the setup and breakdown of displays and merchandise.

Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and shopping trends.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.

Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems.

Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.
