In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and provide technical support to employees.,Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues.,Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.,Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.,Lead and mentor junior system administrators and IT staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.,Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or LPIC are a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.
