As a Marine Fitter, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our Bulk Carrier vessels. Your daily tasks will involve inspecting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, and collaborating with the engineering team to keep our vessels running smoothly. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 12,000,000 - Rp 18,000,000 per bulan, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Inspect and maintain mechanical and electrical systems aboard Bulk Carrier vessels.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure vessel efficiency.
- Participate in scheduled dry docking and refit operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vessel inspections.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of maintenance schedules and work orders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marine Fitter or similar role.
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) and Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF) certificates.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems aboard Bulk Carrier vessels.
- Familiarity with maintenance software such as Maximo or similar.
- Ability to work in a dynamic maritime environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including night shifts and weekends.
