📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the financial recovery process to ensure timely and accurate recovery of company assets.,Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the recovery process.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial recovery process.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on the progress of the financial recovery process to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial recovery to drive continuous improvement.,Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in financial recovery, collections, or a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the financial industry.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
