📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our laundry sites, including monitoring equipment, managing staff, and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on laundry equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the laundry sites.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of the laundry sites to the management team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the laundry or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of laundry equipment and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
