Training Officer - Immediate

Sentral Putri Health Center is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Mempawah. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare staff.
• Create and maintain training materials and resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training.
• Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare training or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
