📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and other quality management standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulations.
• Monitor and document quality management processes and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality management documentation, including manuals, procedures, and records.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality management systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze and report on quality management metrics and performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related role.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with quality management software such as SAP QM, IBM Quality Manager, or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
