📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to travel frequently, both within and outside the assigned area.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
