📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular stock checks and order replenishment as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
