📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and business management tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
