Global Cement is looking for a Distribution Officer to join our team. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage our distribution operations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in managing distribution networks.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of our cement products to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of cement products.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained to meet demand.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of distribution performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Ensure all distribution activities are conducted safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
