In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor EHS programs, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to employees on safety protocols and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHS programs and policies in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
• Investigate and respond to EHS incidents and near-misses, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date EHS documentation and records.
• Stay current with EHS regulations, industry trends, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EHS role within the chemical industry.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using EHS management software such as SAP, QHSE, or similar tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
