📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 and level 2 IT support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
Provide user training and support to ensure effective use of IT resources.
Document all IT-related activities and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure that our systems are always current and secure.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including security protocols and data protection measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
