📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
