📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and evaluations of motorcycles to assess their condition and value.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the survey process.
• Document all findings and observations accurately using our in-house surveying software.
• Collaborate with the loan processing team to facilitate smooth and efficient financing transactions.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to support loan approval decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in vehicle surveying.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior surveyors to maintain high standards of quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our surveying processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Motor Surveyor or in a related field.
• Proven track record of conducting accurate and thorough vehicle inspections.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian vehicle regulations and financing requirements.
• Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ownership of a motorcycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
