📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team, including setting goals, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.,Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide leadership and support to the sales team to achieve personal and team goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
