📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.Work closely with production teams to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control procedures and standards.Ensure that all products are properly labeled and packaged for shipment.Work closely with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet our quality standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role in the electronics manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant quality management systems.Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
