As a Senior Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and build relationships with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or sales consulting.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
