You will be responsible for developing and managing the brand's voice, visual identity, and overall customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute on a comprehensive brand strategy for Stripe's Link product, including brand voice, visual identity, and customer experience.,Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand touchpoints.,Create and manage brand guidelines and assets to ensure brand consistency and quality.,Monitor and analyze brand performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure brand consistency and quality across all channels.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management and marketing.,Develop and implement brand campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.,Manage and mentor a team of brand producers and junior brand managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.,Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and customer experience.,Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.,Proven ability to develop and execute on comprehensive brand strategies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.,Proficiency in design and marketing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
