• Manage point-of-sale operations, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Update inventory levels using our in-house POS system.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including bank deposits and cash reconciliation.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Proficiency in using our in-house POS system and other relevant software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
