📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the online licensing platform, ensuring all permit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their permit applications are completed and submitted correctly.
• Work closely with the team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain the online licensing platform, identifying and resolving any technical issues promptly.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the online licensing platform.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of the online licensing platform.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of digital permit solutions and share your knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of digital permit solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with online licensing platforms and permit management systems.
