📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of brownfield redevelopment projects, ensuring they meet environmental, social, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental scientists, and community stakeholders, to ensure project alignment and success.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using project management tools like MS Project and Primavera.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
• Oversee site remediation efforts, including soil and water quality testing, and implement remediation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate community engagement and consultation to address social and cultural concerns.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management, providing regular updates and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in brownfield redevelopment, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in brownfield project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards relevant to Indonesia.
