📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure all facilities are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Manage and maintain building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Provide training and support to facility staff on best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
• Certification in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using facility management software such as IBM Maximo, SAP Facilities Management, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
